if the politics being used by the legislature is legal. Governor
Brewer was scheduled to meet with Senate President Burns and Speaker
Adams today after staff worked through the weekend. It will be
interesting to see what will be made of the talks.
Eight days is a very short time though. Any bets on whether we'll
have a budget on the 1st of July?

I oppose polls and gambling on political events. Where two parties are negotiating and both have divergent opinions on raising taxes I would say the budget isn't going to be passed unless one of the parties is willing to put aside its priority.
I hope that no new taxes prevail.
